Yes, FastAnswer2 has a lot of experiences with being used not only as an external (customer) FAQ site, but also as an in-house FAQ site.
Through the use of FastAnswer2, you can activate the internal information sharing such as knowledge and know-how and improve the efficiency of your work.

We also provide services to formulate a policy of internal education activity for making it more effective, to analyze the approach, and to give some advice. (Additional costs will be incurred in addition to the system fee.)
