FAQ Using the equipment for wheelchairs (wheelchair stair lift (Escal))

Can I use the equipment for wheelchairs when bringing a baby stroller or for senior passengers? Also, can I ask for help when going up and down stairs?

As a general rule, only passengers using wheelchairs can use this equipment, but if you notify us, we will do as much as we can to help you board the train, use the ramps and lend a hand in general.

However, there are times where the staff may not be able to help you due to other duties. We appreciate your understanding.

* The staff will help people with baby strollers as well.

However, when transporting the stroller, we ask for the guardian to hold the child to guarantee their safety.
