What should I do if I come across a lost or forgotten article or commuter pass?

For objects found within the station premises, they must be brought within 24 hours to either station staff, train crew or to the station office.

For objects found more than 24 hours prior or found outside of the station premises, it is not possible to hold them at the station in accordance with instructions from the Police. Please bring it to the nearest police box or police station.

Any lost or forgotten articles or commuter passes held at a station will be sent to the police station after seven days.
